The Mind

The mind is such a funny thing. It is always trying to protect us physically and mentally from what it perceives as danger. I say funny because 95% of the time, it's wrong.

Many things that our brain classifies as dangerous are nothing more than stored stories that the brain has accepted to be true. Perceptions that we built as far back as 4 or 5 years old.

The good news is, you can change those stories and replace them with new ones.

The Body

The body is the temple that houses our mind and spirit. For the mind and spirit to feel safe and protected, our bodies need to be used, moved, and molded.

Humans are designed to move, lift things, throw things, bend, stretch, pull and push. If we aren't practicing these things each day, our bodies get weak, not just physically but mentally. We will lack energy, focus & clarity.

The good news is, you can make a few simple changes to improve.

The Spirit

When we talk about spirit, many people quickly assume this means religion. It may mean that for you, but this is not necessarily what we are referring to here.

We are referring to the body, mind, and consciousness of the spirit as the whole being that is you. If any of these parts are not aligned, you will feel disconnected, frustrated, or angry. Your life can feel like it is out of balance and off track.

The good news is, you can feel alive, whole, and happy with a few minor shifts.
